Born and raised in Los Angeles, Benjamin Fisher has lived in Southern California his entire life. A man of many talents, Benjamin honed his business chops as a successful entrepreneur.

A mild coronary episode in 2011 served as a wake-up call that it was time to change his lifestyle. The fitness world beckoned, offering health and happiness.

Benjamin researched strength training techniques and the myriad of positive effects it could have. He began studying with Adam Zickerman, one of the pioneers of the SuperSlow system.

Today, Benjamin helps serious athletes, business leaders and everyday fitness enthusiasts (un-enthusiasts, too) take control of their health and improve the quality of their lives.

Benjamin helped me gain back muscle which had atrophied after struggling with long-covid symptoms for almost two years. Ben started with what I was able to do and we worked up to get me back to my pre-covid level of lifting (maybe even better). Ironically, the SUPERSLOWLA technique works super fast and now I am back teaching yoga and dancing tango just as I had before the pandemic! SUPERSLOWLA is highly recommended.
