Carrie Haber is committed to guiding you toward a healthier, stronger you. As a Licensed Physical Therapist, her academic journey commenced with a strong foundation in Biochemistry/Cell Biology at UCSD, further extended by a Masters in Physical Therapy at UCSF/SFSU. This educational background and experience as a PT, coupled with her past years as a collegiate athlete, lays the groundwork for her fitness approach.

Carrie’s commitment to strength training stems from its transformative impact on her life, enabling her to continue to play sports like tennis, soccer and snow skiing. She is devoted to guiding others to discover their own strength and resilience.

I am so happy I found SUPERSLOWLA and Carrie. I have osteoporosis in addition to arthritis in my back, hips, knees and feet. I knew I needed strength training and was reluctant to go back to Pilates 3-4 times a week, as I had done prior to the pandemic - and where I often injured myself. I went to Super Slow because Carrie has a background in physical Therapy and I felt safe with her. It was a great decision. In a very short period of time, I've become much stronger and am able to do things I couldn't previously do - like get up off the floor without my hands. I'm looking forward to spring skiing this year! Carrie has pushed me to go beyond what I thought I could do safely and at the same time, I feel like I'm killing it! She is very motivating. I love SUPERSLOWLA! Carrie is AMAZING. She is such a great trainer. She is super knowledgable, professional, and also just a really kind, beautiful person. And she gives you the best workout, and in only 30 minutes! I have never been so toned. I used to do Orange Theory regularly, but I am in better shape now after seeing Carrie. I highly recommend SUPERSLOWLA! As a busy person who cares about fitness, I’m so happy to have the opportunity to train with Carrie! As for the methodology, it was new to me, but boy, does it work!
