Benjamin Fisher

Owner and Trainer
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Benjamin Fisher has lived in Southern California his entire life. A man of many talents, Benjamin honed his business chops as a successful entrepreneur. A mild coronary episode in 2011 served as a wake-up call that it was time to change his lifestyle. The fitness world beckoned, offering health and happiness. Benjamin researched strength training techniques and the myriad of positive effects it could have. He began studying with Adam Zickerman, one of the pioneers of the SuperSlow system. Today, Benjamin helps serious athletes, business leaders and everyday fitness enthusiasts (un-enthusiasts, too) take control of their health and improve the quality of their lives.

Carrie Haber

Senior Trainer & Physical Therapist

Carrie Haber is committed to guiding you toward a healthier, stronger you. As a Licensed Physical Therapist, her academic journey commenced with a strong foundation in Biochemistry/Cell Biology at UCSD, further extended by a Masters in Physical Therapy at UCSF/SFSU. This educational background and experience as a PT, coupled with her past years as a collegiate athlete, lays the groundwork for her fitness approach. Carrie’s commitment to strength training stems from its transformative impact on her life, enabling her to continue to play sports like tennis, soccer and snow skiing. She is devoted to guiding others to discover their own strength and resilience. Whether you are new to fitness, a weekend athlete, struggling with the physical changes of peri-menopause/menopause, or just wanting to combat age-related physical declines, Carrie excels in tailoring sessions to individual needs. Corrie Blissit

Senior Trainer
SuperSlow LA™ trainer Corrie Blissit is a SuperSlow strength training specialist. Born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina, Corrie attended the College of Charleston, graduating with a B.S. in Psychology. After college, Corrie moved into fitness, nutrition, and preventive medicine. These interests brought her to one of the founding SuperSlow studios in New York City, Ultimate Training Center, where she was on staff for six years. Corrie moved to Los Angeles this past fall, and she can't wait to help clients feel better from the inside out at our own SuperSlow studio.

Cathy Nadell

Certified Fitness Professional

Cathy Nadell is a certified fitness professional with 35 years experience working with athletes, high profile executives, the senior population, and people from all other walks of life to achieve their fitness goals. She holds many exercise certifications, and has recently added super slow exercise to her resume.
